Designing a company Christmas card

Christmas is usually a very busy time of the year for everyone; having to buy presents, attending Christmas parties, trying to get all your work done before the shut down and then there’s writing and sending Christmas cards. Many companies like to send their clients Christmas cards as a way of saying thank you for their business and to keep them in the forefront of their mind.
When designing your card to send out you need to think about a number of things. Firstly make sure that you use a good quality material to print them on. First appearances are important and you want your customers to be able to notice that as soon as they touch your cards. Thicker cards generally give the appearance of better quality than thinner, flimsy material.
You may not want to go for a white card either, festive colours such as greens, reds, golds and metallic often go down well for Christmas cards. If you really want to add that extra special touch why not go for a foil finish, this will cost more but can add a touch of luxury and class.
Think about what you are going to put on your card and inside. You will want to say thank you for their business but also maybe a money off voucher or some cracker style jokes to make them laugh.
