If you often need to have material printed for your business such as leaflets, business cards or vouchers then you should consider getting them printed in larger quantities to save money. You may be surprised as to how little it costs to have a larger quantity printed. For example you may be quoted £200 for 1000 leaflets to be printed but find that if you have 3000 leaflets printed it is only an extra £50. This is because much of the cost is due to them setting up the initial design and proof. Once this is done, having extra printed does not incur much additional costs and therefore can be done much cheaper.
You do need to bear in mind that if you have large quantities of leaflets, business cards or other material printed and you then ned to make changes such as telephone numbers or prices, you will end up having a lot of wasted prints. You need to consider how likely it is that you will need to make changes to the design or content before ordering larger quantities.
Be sure to shop around for the best prices when it comes to printers, but also try and see actual examples of their work so you can see and feel the quality for yourself.
